Through Inclusion, part of our specialist care group, we have experience of working across all prison types and are the largest NHS provider of prison-based drug and alcohol services in England.
There are two main strands to our criminal justice services, which include providing substane use treatment and mental health services within prison establishments across the country.
We provide services that include initial screening, comprehensive assessment and recovery / release planning building upon the strengths of those we work with. We provide pharmacological interventions, psychosocial interventions, holistic therapies, referral to BBV screening and support, structured treatment for offenders underpinned by a vibrant scheme that supports the use of peer mentors in prisons.
We believe that recovery communities can be created within prisons and our services aim to do this where possible.
