Inclusion supports individuals, families and communities affected by drug and alcohol use. Providing community drug and alcohol treatment and recovery services across Staffordshire, Buckinghamshire, Telford & Wrekin, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, including:
- Advice and information
- Harm reduction interventions such as naloxone training, needle supply programmes (needle exchange), and access to Blood Borne Virus (BBV) screening
- Recovery planning
- Medical support, including detoxification and replacement therapies
- Psychosocial Interventions
- Structured treatment programs.
Inclusion's approach focuses on enhancing the strengths of individuals and communities, actively involving peer mentors and volunteers throughout their services. They foster recovery communities that empower individuals to achieve and sustain abstinence while providing access to essential services such as housing, employment, and health and wellbeing.
Along with community drug and alcohol treatment and recovery services Inclusion also provide a specialist NHS inpatient detox service. The Dame Carol Service is a nine bedded unit that provides medically managed detoxification from a variety of substances.
