Co-production or Lived Experience Led Project of the Year

This award category recognises the co-production efforts of MPFT staff and members of the community who have worked together to enhance our offer. This category celebrates the power of co-production with a particular focus on collaborations that have led to positive outcomes for the communities we serve. The Co-production or Lived Experience-Led project of the year is a piece of work which positions lived experience voices alongside and equal to those from other health or social care backgrounds; by breaking down barriers, this project is actively developing the health and care agenda.

Nominees can be employees, lived experience representatives or engaged on a voluntary basis but at least one person nominated should be explicitly linked to the project by nature of their lived experience e.g. being a member of the public or MPFT-employed lived experience worker. Please make explicit reference to the role these contributor(s) have played and the difference this has made within your nomination.
