Seisdon Wellbeing team is a therapy service provided by Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. We are located at Codsall Council Offices but we also work across other locations within the Seisdon area.

What can we help with?

This service is for anyone over 16 years of age who is registered with a GP practice in the Seisdon Peninsula. Our services can help people who are experiencing common mild to moderate mental health difficulties such as:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety and panic
  • Low mood
  • Stress and worry
  • Phobia
  • Trauma
  • Obsessive compulsive disorder
  • Long term health conditions

Types of therapies we provide

  • Educational and group courses
  • Guided self help
  • Computerised CBT (cCBT)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Telephone treatment
  • Face to face treatment

How to Refer

This is a self referral service so please call the Seisdon Wellbeing team on 01785 783031 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).

Please note we are not an emergency service and therefore, should you require more urgent help please call 0300 555 5001 to speak with a member of the Access Team.
