The Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Wellbeing Service has brought together existing improving access to psychological therapies (IAPT) teams in the county into one, fully integrated service with a single point of access for all IAPT-related enquiries and referrals.

Seisdon Wellbeing team is a therapy service provided by Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. We are located at Codsall Council Offices but we also work across other locations within the Seisdon area.

What can we help with?

This service is for anyone over 16 years of age who is registered with a GP practice in the Seisdon Peninsula. Our services can help people who are experiencing common mild to moderate mental health difficulties such as:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety and panic
  • Low mood
  • Stress and worry
  • Phobia
  • Trauma
  • Obsessive compulsive disorder
  • Long term health conditions

  • Educational and group courses
  • Guided self help
  • Computerised CBT (cCBT)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Telephone treatment
  • Face to face treatment

This is a self referral service so please call the team on 0300 303 0923 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).
