Our online referral forms will be unavailable from 5pm on Thursday 4 July until 9am on Tuesday 16 July.

We will be unable to accept self-referrals via telephone from 1pm on Friday 5 July until 9am on Thursday 11 July.

During this period, we are able to accept referrals as follows:

  • Friday 5 July: Accepting telephone referrals until 1pm; closed to new referrals after 1pm
  • Monday 8 July: Closed to new referrals
  • Tuesday 9 July: Closed to new referrals
  • Wednesday 10 July: Closed to new referrals
  • Thursday 11 July: Accepting telephone referrals
  • Friday 12 July: Accepting telephone referrals
  • Monday 15 July: Accepting telephone referrals
  • Tuesday 16 July: Accepting both online and telephone referrals

We are Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin NHS Talking Therapies Service. We're here to help people with common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression.

We offer information, guidance, and talking therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Counselling.

To access our service you need to be aged 16 or over and registered with a Shropshire or Telford and Wrekin GP.

If you are under 16 years old, please contact BeeU for support. People who are 16 and 17 are welcome to use our service, but we will ask for contact information for your parent or guardian, in case we have any concerns about your safety.
