In Stoke-on-Trent all families will receive the universal offer, which includes:
- Contact from your Health Visiting team at around 28 weeks of pregnancy.
- A new born visit 10–14 days after the baby is born.
- A mother and baby review when your baby is 5-8 weeks old.
- A mother and baby review when your baby is 3-4 months old.
- A 9–12 months old review.

Some families may require more support. Your health visitor will help identify the level of support which your family requires and if needed, will talk you through additional offers of support available to you.
Baby clinics in Stoke-on-Trent
