Since October 2019 IM&T have been reviewing national strategy, working collaboratively with the STP regional strategies, our supplier strategies and working collaboratively with the four care groups across Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to create a robust, forward thinking IM&T Transformation Plan for the organisation.

The IM&T Transformation Plan sets out in detail what our strategy is for our services over the next five years to ensure we continue to enhance the care MPFT provide through digital innovation. The plan covers all of our key infrastructure, processes, workforce, communication platforms and systems, providing a detailed plan for each.

With the finalisation of this transformation plan, IM&T have worked with NHS Creative to create the following video to bring our IM&T Transformation priorities over the next 12 months to life.
