Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust operate across two primary Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STP) regions (Staffordshire & Shropshire), with our local digital strategy aligning to the regional and national aspirations for Health & Care.
Our MPFT Digital teams offer support primarily to the Staffordshire STP, with our IM&T Project Management Team and Associate Director of IM&T Transformation supporting, progressing and providing assurance on the STP Staffordshire Digital Strategy and Digital Programme Board.
Through close collaborative working, MPFT internal project resources will align to regional transformation schemes wherever possible.
