CISCO Call Manager Upgrade from v11.5 SU8 to v12.5 SU4 (Essential Work)
This upgrade will be taking place over the weekend - Saturday 3th and Sunday 4th July 2021.
There is the possibility for some calls to drop out during the switchover on Sunday 4th July between 11:00am and 5:00pm.
The Phone system will still be highly available, but phones might switch between servers, forcing switchboards and finesse agents to reconnect.
