The May edition of the Community Mental Health Transformation Newsletter has now been released.
This newsletter contains updates on key developments within the transformation in South Staffordshire. In this edition you can learn about recipients of the second round of grants made by The Community Foundation on behalf of North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust (NSCHT) and Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT) as part of the transformation programme, receive an update on the work of Stoke Social Club for older adults in the community and learn about the expansion of the Primary Care Mental Health Team.
