Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust provides physical and mental health care, learning disability, and adult social care services across Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent, Shropshire, and Telford & Wrekin. In addition, we provide services on a wider regional and national basis including perinatal, eating disorders, and forensic services. We deliver out-of-area sexual health services, and our Inclusion service offers psychological and drug & alcohol services, in the community, and in prisons.

As an organisation we serve a population of 1.5 million and currently employ around 8,500 members of staff.

Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust has four clinical care groups that deliver our services:

The Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin Care Group consists of multi-disciplinary teams providing primary and secondary mental health services across Shropshire including both inpatient and community services as well as urgent care and Children's Mental Health Services.

The Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Care Group delivers Physical Health, Mental Health and Social Care services across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent to a combined adult (18+) population of 930,000+ people. It works in partnership with a wide range of organisations with a focus on integrating services/pathways to ensure a seamless approach for local people and communities.

The Children and Families' Care Group delivers a wide range of physical and mental health services for children, young people and their families across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. They also provide care to adults in their perinatal services across South Staffordshire and Shropshire and adults within their Complex Care Team.

The Specialist Group brings together a diverse range of services operating at a regional and national level. These include inpatient and community integration forensic services (including court diversion), sexual health, prison-based mental health and substance misuse, offender personality disorder services, Learning Disabilities, eating disorders, and dental.
