These awards are focused on the recognition of teams & staff who are continuously working to improve their service offer and quality within their area.

Teams can be put forward by anyone (staff member, team leader, senior manager etc.) and submissions will be based on a wide range of achievements.

Every member of staff is able to contribute to these awards and therefore points are cumulative and can be based on a significant achievement and people's individual contributions to improving quality (QI training, taking part in events or projects which make a sustainable change, participating in audits and research, leading 5S activities etc.)
