This event is run by the Wellbeing & Recovery College.

This course provides an introduction to mindfulness and how we can benefit from being more 'present'. The skills of mindfulness are simply about being present to what is happening here and now. It is not about what has gone before or what may be happening next, but how to focus on one thing at a time.
