This event is run by the Wellbeing & Recovery College.

This course looks at understanding how we all process sensory information on a day-to-day basis such as sound, sight and touch. We will explore sensory processing difficulties that can occur with conditions such as Anxiety, Depression, Fibromyalgia, Autism, ADHD and other neurological conditions for example being unable to tolerate loud, crowded environments. We can all benefit from calming our sensory system which can have a marked impact on our anxiety levels and general sense of wellbeing.

Please see the Autumn prospectus for more information.
