This course explores the value of muscle relaxation and introduces some simple resistance exercises, involving tensing our muscles, that can help to relax our mind and body. This approach aims to reduce tension, relax the mind and create a sense of wellbeing. During the course we will explore the theory around muscle relaxation, followed by a practical session where you can try out the various resistance exercises.
