This event is run by the Wellbeing & Recovery College.

Spending time in nature can help us feel happier, calmer, and more creative. In this course, we'll learn how nature can support our health and wellbeing. Each week, we'll do activities that help us connect with nature, some in the classroom and some outdoors. We'll try mindfulness in nature and learn how to care for the environment. You'll also get simple ideas to keep using these activities in your everyday life.
