This event is run by the Wellbeing & Recovery College.

The first part of this course will explore what emotions are and why we have them. We will come to understand the terms 'emotional intelligence' and 'emotional regulation'. The second part of the course will look at what emotional resilience is and why it matters. By the end of the course, you will learn some practical tools to build emotional resilience in daily life.
