Journaling has been proven to improve both physical and mental health and wellbeing. There's more to journaling than just keeping a diary of events! This course will help you to gain knowledge on the benefits of journalling, cover the how, why and when to journal with tips and techniques to get you started on creating and maintaining a powerful wellbeing practise.
