This event is run by the Wellbeing & Recovery College.

Time spent in nature can improve happiness, calmness, joy and creativity. Everyone can enjoy connecting with nature - either from spending time outdoors or bringing nature indoors! In this course we'll be looking at our natural environments as well as exploring sustainability to help support our health and wellbeing. Each week we'll be taking part in a nature-based wellbeing activity, and we'll also be sharing information on how you can continue to benefit from these activities in your day-to-day life.
