Intermittent Ricoh MFD downtime – Monday 26th July 9am – 5:30pm
Please be aware that there will be planned downtime on Monday 26th of July. This is for essential maintenance to all Printer servers.
This will impact: Printing, Scanning, Copying, Docman and Scan to RiO throughout the day.
Please ensure you have all business continuity processes in place and print copies of any frequent forms required in advance of Monday.
Please note the problems may appear intermittent throughout the day and you will receive ‘server offline’ errors on the device themselves.
Please do not log support calls unless the problem persists past 5:30pm or advised otherwise. However, if they are physical device problems please continue to log with Ricoh directly 0330 123 0311.
