Event description
This course is designed for anyone who would like to think about how lived experience (both explicit and implicit) is used within the workforce and the impact that can have on the service, personally and professionally. When we consider that one in four of the general population will at some point within their lives experience some form of mental health issue it follows that a substantial number of people within our workforce will have or will in the future also experience these issues. The Trust encourages the use of this personal insight to enhance our services and as a result has seen the number of peer roles expand and supports an open dialogue amongst all members of staff.
This course is open to everyone at all levels and is an ideal opportunity to explore this area in more detail.
