Earlier this year, one of two wings of the George Bryan Centre was destroyed by fire. The second wing was later temporarily closed, on the grounds of safety. Temporary arrangements were put in place by Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, who provide the services and they now want to design the permanent solutions.

Events have been held in Lichfield, Tamworth and Burton seeking views and their experiences of the services provided by the George Bryan Centre.

A drop-in session has been added to the schedule and is taking place on 24th October 2019, 10am to 2pm in the main entrance of the Sir Robert Peel Hospital, Plantation Lane, Tamworth, B78 3NG. No booking is required for this event.

Anyone wanting to attend a session is asked to register to ensure that we have sufficient refreshments and seats available. It is simple and easy. Click on a date above. This will generate an email and all you need to do is hit send.

Anyone not able to attend an event can provide feedback by completing a form.

Lisa Agell, Head of Mental Health Services for Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, said: “I am really keen to hear from people who have experience of the services provided at the George Bryan Centre. We need to make sure that the permanent solution for these services are shaped by the people who use them.”
